The dishwasher needs replaced because we broke the handle.
Other than that, all of the appliances are in good working order and stay with
the property, including the refrigerator, the two 30" double ovens and glass
stove top. The 6 kitchen island stools can stay as well since
we ordered them just for the island (I think they were about $200 each). Also, we had four additional base cabinets made for the
kitchen. This was to be fashioned in the one corner making a U-Shape area with
countertop could be used as additional eating space and/or computer/work
area...anyway the additional base cabinets would stay as well.
